Yeah I worked 50 years and my legs couldn't do no more all I did for thirty years was build and stack 165 pound door wall panels then 20 years of glass cutting circles triangles octagons squares any shape for hi-performance windows, started in 1973 at 2.50 an hour, retired in 2023 at 15.00 an hour. You guys are worth so much more and the job you do is such a noble one. I love your channel and all your employees that Fenner is one cool dude, I wish the attitude of so many men was better , we were running a shortage of men I think the fact that we have superior health insurance is one reason they are doing better, I know I said we first two times but it's hard to get used to being on the outside. The town I live in ALL the really small businesses are doing poorly nobody wants to earn less than 20.00 an hour they won't work flipping burgers for 17 bucks ,it's unheard of. Yeah HotRod you got the right attitude work is work if it was fun it wouldn't be called work it all needs to be done and I was proud to work as a glazier it's a noble profession just like yours God bless all of you.

I will add to that statement. work is work and if it was fun then it wouldn’t be work. Well if anyone of them there didn’t enjoy what they are doing. Then they wouldn’t be working recovery job. So a job that you like and enjoy doing. Is a better option than a job that makes you miserable each day. Looks as they enjoy and are having fun laughing about things. That’s what it’s all about folks. You have to have some fun to want to work any job these days.

Well if you look at the prices of just the things that you need to survive. Roof over your head, insurance, food, transportation, utilities, water, clothing sense you can’t walk around naked 💁♂️😂 when you add them up. A $10 an hour job won’t be enough. So wish people would wake up and stop saying that everyone wants the money but don’t want to work. Because that’s bull 💩 Those that are above their means should really think. Your driving up prices and minimum wages are not increasing. Just an example to illustrate. Polaris side by sides were $16,000 new 2021. Now $44,000 new and folks are stupid enough to buy one. Seen so many trade their 2023 for new 2024 models for another $20,000 more. Drive them prices up folks enjoy 👍😉

@@kevink4914I haven't made 10 in 20 years, the reason I took 15 my last 2 years was so I could remain where I am otherwise I'd be making 18 or more, but where I live rent is 639 a month for a 1 bedroom if I'd made 16 instead of 15 i'd have to move into a shabby apartment at 800 a month. Oh there's apartments up here that go for 1200 a month and there's a cement plant that starts you at 36 $ an hour pushing a shovel, union job ,10 hours a day , sometimes 12 and sometimes a double shift, we got land scaping, everything no trains though, great lakes shipping. Where I worked I'd say I didn't like it or hate it I got used to it and the people that worked their, two more , I didn't work there to make friends I worked there to make money, and if I was having fun my boss wouldn't pay me, he pays me to work not have fun, I'm 70 and I'm tired, I was a Rush Limbaugh fan since 1992 till he died, I could go on and on about some of the points you made but I'm too tired.

@@kevink4914 It's the economic cycle, always been like that. I think they used to have a word for this kind of thing: "stagflation" when prices soar and the economy kind of stagnates or doesn't grow properly. If you don't believe sneaky boom and bust refreshes the system just like it does in the natural world, you're gonna stop trying to win and then end up living a miserable life with a heavy chip on your shoulder.

@@kevink4914 he was talking about the guys at Murphy's. And I see it too at my company. All of my guys are paid pretty good. And all they want to do is sit around and make money when nothing is going on. But when there is work to be done, they all disappear. Rod was referring to the fact that the guys were all grumpy that they were on the second rollover of the day. be glad you have a job and make good money is what he was getting at. Great job & video! Y'all do an amazing job!! Everything looked so smooth & y'all really do make it "look easy" even though it's anything but that!! Entertaining as always!! Any luck with Hellboy's computer issues or whatever was causing the no run condition? Did you contact & talk to Mark @ Wrangler Fix, if so was it something he could help you with or were you able to find someone else to help you? Just curious, I know how annoying it can be when trying to fix electrical and/or computer issues!! Makes me long for the old days when things were much simpler when the main things you had to worry about were fuel, air & spark & minimal wiring!! All of the advanced technology is great until something goes wrong or you get an intermittent electrical gremlin that cost you a bunch of $, but never causes a problem when you take it in to have it diagnosed so they can't tell you anything! I had one occasional no start condition in certain weather conditions that cost me a bunch of money in parts & labor for a few years that ended up being a hairline crack in some solder in the instrument cluster. I ended up finding it myself on accident, resoldered it & haven't had the problem again for over 2 years. Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good!!😅😅 Thanks for all of y'alls hard work!!
