I got a self emptying roomba with a docking station like 7 years ago. I used it twice. It would leave clumps of fur on my area rugs when it transitioned from bare floor to carpet. I still have it in my basement.

Yes that is what my old one did. So far this one hasn’t done that. I have used it several times now. It can do my main areas in 90 minutes and it does a great job however it will not go in my family room rug at all. It’s just too thick. Which isn’t all that horrible considering old one would just get stuck and leave clumps of hair behind. So I still find it worth it since I can program it to avoid that room all together. And it’s quieter than my old one too, which is a plus.

I think you both did a great job on the selfies.😊 I’m like you Candi, I love the otters…they are stinking cute! The Roomba looks like a great deal. I have a knock off Roomba, I have to pick it up to dump out the container and it’s annoying, it was a gift years ago and I think I need an upgrade. I would love to see you and Ken shop at Costco, I love when people shop and do a haul afterwards. Also, you both are looking great!

Hi! Is the robot vacuum pick up pet hair pretty well and do well on carpet? I have carpet in my home and some cats and was thinking about getting one if it can really pick up the pet hair

I have mostly hard wood floor. It does well on my standard rugs but my really thick rug it won’t even run in it at all. So it would depend on how thick your carpet is.

I got the same roomba a few weeks ago! we have the same problem with dog/cat hair everywhere. so far so good and no hair balls or any piles of dirt and dust left behind! I'd say worth the investment because I hate vacuuming everyday. saves a lot of time and all i have to do after running the roomba is swiffer the floors because of all the mud and like food stains on the floor in the kitchen/living room.

awww...that looked fun! too bad its so hot though n the animals are sluggish with the heat...everytime we go to the zoo here my bf is a big hunter and makes comments about that would be a good shot etc and im like would you shut up pple are gonna hear and think ur crazy n have a gun now days lol
