And despite this he still forally apologized and took amends so even the possibility of the situation wouldnt happen again. In addition, the "victim" was the one actually banned by the community instead. However, outside of him not wanting to attend tournies, his twitch name is still banned so it would hurt TOs if he entered as they couldnt stream his games

Yea pretty sure its literally illegal in Japan for entry fees to be used for prize pools. They can have sponsored tournies, but considering that the smash scene is weak + most tournies are community organized + the japanese have adapted to not relying on tournies to make a living....yea they mostly just stick to themselves.
