The way this is framed, it sounds like all of this happened *before* development began? Was any part of it iterative?

Great question! Sorry for the delay with the answer. Yeah, it was before the development stage. And, of course, there were iterations, otherwise it would be an ideal world. Honestly, lots of our customers say that BA and design are the dream parts and development is reality. This is totally true but what matters is how well the design or BA team communicates their staff with a team, so the main outcomes and key logic are delivered well. This is truly an art, and we have invested so much in it in recent years. Hope it helps.
