Well with william and Kate it made more sense considering he is the heir AND him and Kate had been dating for years and years. I think most British people are just over the whole thing already because of all the drama and negativity already around it. With Kate .. she had been dating william for year and years and they knew each other well so the only drama those two really had was when they both were studying together and the media called her all sorts from to make her look bad especially since they ended up having an on and off relationship which was due to the press and pressure but that was really it in terms of drama so when they finally starting settling down there was barely any negative press but just light rumours as per usual. However with this one its just drama after drama and its not just rumours but then many "traditions" being broken and lets be real many brits pride themselves for their country, traditions and royal family so i guess they are just over the drama and arent excited because of it. Americans are more excited because all they see is harry marrying an AMERICAN and nothing more lol

iloveu85 Not that you asked me but I'll just say it seems like in America when you have black blood then you are automatically referred to as black (e.g Tamera), yet where I come from, mixed people are a totally independent race of their own, separate from black or white. So when people keep saying things like Megan is the first black person blah blah, it just sounds inaccurate or weird to me. That's not to say she is excluded from the black community, at all, but, she is not JUST black. So how come people will never refer to her as a white woman, as easily as they refer to her as a black woman? Genuine question

Okay the biggest stress I have is everyone calling Meghan a princess. I'm British and she's not s princess and never will be. She's not royal and doesn't come from a royal blood in her country of origin so she can't be a princess. Her official title would be HRH Princess Henry meaning she would get her title from Harry but she is not a princess independently and will be a Duchess like Kate ultimately.
