In graham's memoir the life and loves of a he devil he tells the full story of the worst guest he ever had on and it was the queen of pop Madonna. I remember that interview because she refused to talk to the other guests. There was a space between maddonna and the other guests. It was around the time of the rebel heart tour and she has not been asked back and she was utter nightmare to deal with. She cancelled her pre interview earlier in the day. And she gave graham Nortons staff the runaround. For 6 months prior to that appearance. Prior to that she demanded a one on one interview graham recalled also in his book that she decidedly icy and there were no other guests. She won't be back on the show again.
@madmandonna1 Жыл бұрын
That's weird because she wasn't on the Graham Norton show in 2015, she's had 2 appearances in 2012 and 2019. 2012 she was on her own for half the interview and then joined by the cast of her film she'd directed. In 2019 she was on the show and was a bit off, but following the filming of the show, Norton hosted a Madame X fan night with her in London and recalled that it was good fun. So I'm intrigued as to what exactly you're referring to because an interview between the 2 of them around her Rebel Heart tour didn't occur.

Not enough eye rolls. Should have given a real answer, not the safe politically correct answer. I saw the episode with Weinstein and it's shocking how intelligent, articulate and polite he comes across, now that we know what he was getting up to behind the scenes. As a guest Weinstein was completely normal, polite and friendly. I'm sure Madonna was no walk in the park to deal with however, considering her massive egomania. Then there was Mickey Rourke, who was completely loaded and wouldn't stop hitting on Jessica Biel. When Graham was in the audience talking to audience members he had to keep a constant eye on what Mickey was doing and saying to Jessica on stage because Mickey wouldn't stop being inappropriate with her. Then at one point Graham asked Jessica if he needed to intervene, concerned. Of the shows I've seen the best combos were the episode with Bill Murray, Matt Damon and Paloma Faith (Matt even said towards the end that it was the most fun he'd ever had on a talk show) and then of course the infamous Miriam Margolyes and Will I Am episode.

there'll be a time when we can appreciate the works of art without idolizing the human beings, which never made sense because these aren't social workers, they're entertainers, and they aren't known for being the greatest people. They're egomaniacs, billionaires too some of them, degenerates most of them, but people like to put them on a pedestal when we should just appreciate their work as what it is and not pretend they're incredible human beings, and this goes obviously for tv presenters as well
