The origins of Lilith extends WAY before the Abrahamic religions. She is present in ancient religions that influenced them (don't make the mistake in believing that Judaism was original), right back to the ancient Hittites, or Mesopotamic people under the name Lilitu or something similar. I'm not an expert, just passionate about history and done a lot of reading and personal research of a non-academic nature.

I think Lily was demonized because she was so independent… Men and women are equal.. in a relationship where they are not , it’s always a problem…

No She isn't mentioned directly. Some people just try to relate her mythological story to some parts of religious books.
