Who Is Patient-46? [FNaF Theory]

I have seen a lot of talk about the identity to Patient-46 in FNaF Security Breach, the mysterious figure that is brought up in the therapy CDs along with Vanessa. Today I wanted to show my theory on the identity of this mysterious character and show how it might be more simple than people lead on.

So I just got this in my feed after writing a reddit post last night about this. I believe Vanny & Vanessa are two different entities. That they are both servants to Afton, but in different ways. I believe Afton saw his daughter in Vanessa when she entered the VR world. That was why he manipulated her. However, I also think that Vanessa, under the control and supervision of Glitchtrap, created an AI animatronic that we know as Vanny (sort of like the Charlie bot thing). I also think that the name is an acronym & that we may have been misspelling it this whole time. The name Vanny doesn't make much sense as an acronym, but VANNI does. My theory being her name is an acronym for Virtual & Artificial Neural Networking Integration. Meaning that she is an artificial being that is also carrying the consciousness of a none artificial being. And that consciousness may very well be Elizabeth Afton. I believe that Patient 46 is VANNI and the therapists are being manipulated into thinking this is an alternate personality of the real Vanessa. Not only that, but if VANNI is controlled by Glitchtrap it would mean she (it?) would also be able gather intel into the real Vanessa and what she's been saying to the therapists. This would also explain the sudden apperances and possible deaths of the therapists as well. VANNI gathered the intel, reported back to Glitchtrap, Glitchtrap uses VANNI to manipulate the Fazbear system to transfer the real Vanessa to a location where they can keep an eye on her and kill those who were digging too deep into it. This would also explain the trailer for Security Breach where Afton can be heard saying "And if you fail me. BOTH of you fail me, you will burn!" His first statement "If YOU fail me" implies he is speaking to one person, but then he corrects himself and says "BOTH of you fail me" it means he is talking to two individuals that he considers to be one in the same reagardless of whether they are or not. Because one of the endings of the game is VANNI supposedly falling to her death from the Pizzaplex and being unmasked. Yet, atop the PizzaPlex is standing Vanessa. I know this long and I apologize for that, but this seriously had me up at 4:30 a.m. looking like that guy from the Office with the cork board littered with pictures and notes being connected by string lmao

P46 is confirmed by the book to be Gregory. And the main villain behind SB isnt Afton.

I used to think this way about the therapy CDs, but I don't anymore, mostly because of the session 73 CD with patient 46 and the session 41 CD with Vanessa. When the CDs are played in the "default" order, the therapist with the British accent speaks with patient 46 about how she hacked into a computer system, then in the very next CD she informs Vanessa that someone hacked her personal information and was having suspicious conversations with Vanessa...after which we never hear from this therapist again. It sounds like the therapist was onto Vanessa and then was eliminated/went missing. Playing the CDs in the "chronological" order, this same therapist disappears after session 41 with Vanessa, only to reappear 32 sessions later (session 73). No other therapists just reappear like this and there is no obvious reason WHY this particular therapist does. Assuming this was not a screwup by Steel Wool, the conclusion is that the default order is in chronological order already, and that patient 46 is NOT Vanessa.

He said chronological in one order while you're thinking another order, throughout the whole video he orders the 73 tapes and the 46 tapes as their own separate groups, he has 73 tapes {all 73 tapes in chronological order) And then he has the 46 tapes {all in chronological order) He has 73 before 46 the entire video

my guess is that the Vanessa we see is her spirit trapped in the pizzaplex, if you look at the pannel you can see shes right next to the fire escape looking down, not moving but also not looking ar where the others fell

a problem i see with this: the therpaists change a bit weird if you use this order. it goes 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. How do you explain that?

I was planning on making a short to explain this but the jist of it is we only hear the previous therapists die near the end of the CDs so it could be possible Vanessa has been seeing multiple therapists at once. Another note to make is that these therapists are assigned by Fazbear Entertainment, so even if the patients were separate people, both would need to be an employee of Fazbear Ent.

my guess is that they meant not fitting as in not being comfortable. I doubt the therapist has a chair custom for every patient
