There were many "mistakes" read: Whitewashing of history 1. Muslims had figured out irrigation long before the savage crusader nazis did who committed many war crimes and had many s3x slaves, in this they made it out as if the Christians showed the MUSLIMS how to do technology. 2. Say it with me, "there were NO GOOD Crusauders" its like saying the Nazis were the good guys. Like the absolute whitewashing and colonial propaganda is brain dead stupid 3. Salah ad din wreaked them multiple times and was immensely courteous, and not only that but his mentor Nurrhudin was also just as amazing, only the Christians don't talk about him because they refuse to give credit to other Muslims, only Salah ad din because they LITERALLY had no choice and couldn't lie about how they were let free. Look up *"Roy Casagranda Rise of Islam"* series he goes into this around the end of the 1 hour video

The ethnic origin of Salahhaddin Ayyubi is controversial. It is written that the maternal lineage is Turkish. It is claimed that his paternal lineage is Arab, but first became Kurdified and then Turkified. A known fact is that the names of his brothers are etymologically Turkish names such as Turan Şah, Böri and Tughtakin, and this is interesting. He is also a commander trained in the army tradition of the Seljuk Turks. In addition, members of the Ayyubid dynasty continued to use these names, which were etymologically Turkish. For example, the name of the last Ayyubid sultan in Egypt is Muazzam Turanşah. The Ayyubid army composed mainly of Turkic groups. In addition, in those years, Turkic Kipchak youth were enslaved in Central Asia and Eurasia during Mongol attacks and sold as slave soldiers to some countries in the Middle East. Ayyubid Dynasty used these Turkic Kipchak youth in their arms after training them in a good military school. However, these soldiers had taken over the sultanate after a coup d'etat and established the Mamluk Sultanate. The word Mamluk means 'Slave' in Arabic. Mamluk authors almost always refer to their Sultanate as " the State of the Turks " (dawlat al - atrāk dawlat al - turk/ al - dawla al - turkyya ) The language of agreement in the Mamluk Sultanate was Western Turkish, a mixture of Kipchak and oguz In the past, only Arabic and Persian education was given in Madrasahs and Turkish was not a language taught in Madrasahs. For this reason, if someone in the Middle East speaks Turkish or writes in Turkish at that time, that person is Turkish. This is a litmus paper for understanding that period. "Kitâbu Bulgatü'l-Müştâk Fî Lügati't-Türk Ve'l-Kıfçak" , "Kitâbü'l-Ef'al" and "Kitâb-ı Mecmû-ı Tercümân-ı Türkî and Acemî ve Mugalî” are some examples written in Mamluk Kipchak language.

It doesn't matter if he is Arab, Kurd or Turkish. In any case, parts of the story that cannot be fully explained remain. Perhaps ethnicity was not as important in those years as it is in modern times. Islamic identity was perhaps seen as more important than ethnicity.

It is important to remember that the crusader armies were very difficult to defeat. They had military superiority with metal shields, armour and charging and defensive strategy. A few crusaders were able to deal with multiple attacks and about ten could hold off a huge number of Arab mounted horsemen. Saladin's strategy against the franks (Europeans were generally called franks) was successful because he wore the crusaders out with taunting. He was a strategist and is respected largely because he united the islamic world.

It doesn't matter if it's Arab, Kurd or Turkish. In any case, parts of the story that cannot be fully explained remain. Perhaps ethnicity was not as important in those years as it is in modern times. Islamic identity was perhaps seen as more important than ethnicity.

The majority of Arab scholars say that Saladin was of Arab ethnic origin. Saladin's paternal lineage belonged to the Rawadid (Rawadiya or Rawwadiya) Tribe. The Rawadids were originally of Azdi Arab ancestry. The Rawadids were originally of Azdi Arab ancestry. They were sent from Basra to Azerbaijan by the order of the Caliph for the Arabization of the region during the Islamic Caliphate State. They also established a small dynasty in Azerbaijan. Many Arab historians write that this group in the region spoke Arabic. However, they became Kurdified under the influence of Kurd groups living in the region. I recommend that you research this topic extensively from reputable academic sources. The Rawadids later settled in Northern Iraq, where they began to Turkify under the influence of the Seljuk Turks. As you mentioned, Saladin's uncle's name, Shirkuh, is etymologically of Kurdish-Iranian origin. However, the names of his brothers are Tughtakin ibn Ayyub and Böri or Buri are etymologically Turkic. In Old Turkic languages, Tughtakin meant 'flag-bearing prince' and Böri meant 'wolf'. At that time, Turkish and Kurdish were not the languages taught in the madrasah. They must have learned these languages from their parents. In other words, besides Saladin's Arab origin, at least some of his family members were of Kurdish origin and some of them were of Turkish origin. It was written by Arab historians who lived at that time that Saladin's mother was a Turk. It is also well known that his wife was a Turk from the Burid Dynasty of Damascus. Similar Turkic names were used later by members of the dynasty.

Salahu deen was a follower of the greatest man ever to have lived in this world and who will be remembered for eternity Rasuulu habeeb Muhammad may the blessings of Allah be with him...remember salahu deen was a Muslim who stuck to the core teachings of Islam in battle ...no cutting trees or burning down pasture....no killing of wemen children and the elderly and peace to all who accept to the treaty....simple fact so whoever I fascinated by salahu deen remeber who he followed by deeds and action
