Thanks again Vince, I truly appreciate your insight and advice on all of this, where I'm located it's all but impossible to find an employment attorney that will take on new cases because they are just swamped or have switched over to being employer attorneys rather than plaintiff attorneys... I've been in settlement "negotiations" with this general counsel for going on a month now and he constantly keeps kicking the can down the road saying he needs to talk with his higher ups, and when he comes back he will then say he needs more facts about the case for them, asking me the Exact same things I've introduced as evidence in the past, I've literally said "have you actually read the documents I've submitted or just skimmed them quickly?"...to which I hear crickets in the background, lol...not joking...and this is a top 50 corporation too, just unbelievable...but I digress...I will keep you posted, and thanks a bunch 👍👍👍

Vince, I’m hesitant to open a suit as the company I work for vigorously fights employment law suits. What is your thoughts on bringing suit even with the case evidence reasonably good

Every case is different, but generally the settlement rate in our field is exceptionally high.

I think Vince needs an adjustable audio filter that can selectively block these weird audio effects. Of course, it is possible that the ticking is coming from inside Vince's body.
