I found GCN after starting my training for a triathlon when I could barely make half distance (12.5 out of 24.9 miles) on the biking portion without felling like my legs were going to fall off. Many of these videos helped change how I train/how I bike during a race and I just did a ride yesterday that was 120% of the race distance for triathlon biking at race pace (30 out of 24.9 miles) and I even felt great enough to run most of the 10k (6.2 mile) run immediately afterwards.
