Hello. My HSPU program launches 4 months ago only
@winstonsearchill34575 ай бұрын
I feel like for handstand pushup the most important part is keeping the balance so practice handstands a lot. You can get strong enough and get the movement down with pike pushups, try to keep as much weight as you can on your hands so that it becomes similar to a handstand pushup.

@Andry Strong Have a good one. Thank you for your interesting content in calisthenics. How about showcase your strength in a video against good level wrestling guys? For me it d be interesting to see how your calisthenic strength planche-master-style transfers into moving humans in some sort of the many wrestling styles. I had to get used a while to but now i love your channel. Can't wait to see more of your content

@@andrystrong1 nevertheless I would enjoy a training session with you ;) Yes, you are right. Such competitions are really interesting to watch! By the way..did you also struggle in the early years with disbalances in the shoulder (not a straight symmetry in the upper body) when performing a handstand?

Hello andry sir , I am indian student and I like calisthenics at age 16 years old. How to fast learn all calisthenics parallel to study
@TechyKush-lm3ul5 ай бұрын
Tip : Do weighted almost everything for super fast improvement (pull ups then weighted one arm pullups) after that do weighted dips or shoulder press with heavy weights. If u do all that learning planche will take less than 4 months
@TechyKush-lm3ul5 ай бұрын
I would advice you to train plnche instead of handstand coz if you do planche it means you can prevent underfall in handstand and that's so essential. For me it's been 4 months and ik almost at straddle planche

You do calisthenics? Surely don't look like. Balancing handstand with 20 kg weight itself is great. Not being able to do a successful hsup at that weight doesn't make their base weak.
