Love your videos man, keep up the great work! I’m currently watching your moto 4 series as I have one of my own that I’m looking to restore. Where did you get your zinc plating kit? And where did you get the tires for your moto 4?

Thank you! That means a lot! The zinc plating kit is from Caswell Plating in NY. The wheels I got from a local powersports shop. Just a warning a restoration is a big job! 😂 It’s a fun one though!

@@ToyShopRestorations yeah man, I’ve restored a bunch of bikes, my moto 4 was my dads first quad and was passed down to me as my first, it’s been in the family for a while. It’s an 86

@@awesomeproducts1582 awesome! As far as all the OEM paint. Keep as much of the origional paint as you can unless you’re going to paint it with a spray gun and not rattle cans. I used rustoleum and this stuff is garbage 😂 clean as much of the frame and stuff as you can to make it look pretty instead of trying to repaint everything. I believe I lowered the value of this moto 4 by repainting everything. Polish as much aluminum as you can and replate or replace rusted hardware. Polishing a rusted bolt won’t stop it from rusting again. Other than that good luck!
