I play on PS5 for both games and Ghost of Tsushima has BY FAR greater graphics/textures/framerate, but that should be expected for a AAA PlayStation exclusive game made by one of the most accomplished video game developers and has been out for a while. For me when I play BMW the framerate lags or drops occasionally even in performance mode and the textures come in like a second late during cutscenes especially when the camera is focused on something or zooming in. That being said both games are just phenomenal and as someone of Korean descent I am jealous of the Chinese and Japanese haha.

Thank you for the video, great to finally see a Chinese person explain the story with Chinese context. Just a few things to add, as a fellow Chinese person who wants to show love to the other characters who got less attention: 1) Sha Seng (Sandy) was not just a labourer, although that was his role most of the time. He does participate in some fights. When the party came across huge armies, Sandy would help fight off the demon minions. Because Sun Wukong was bad at fighting underwater, Sandy and Pigsy were in charge of the aquatic battles, although their role was usually the lure the demon above ground where Wukong would finish off the demon. 2) Bai Long Ma whilst remaining a steed for the most part, actually does fight in 1 occasion when Tang Seng banished Wukong from the party. He was also the one who had the foresight to tell Pigsy to go to Huaguo Mountain to fetch Wukong back to rescue their master (so he actually does speak).

If there are any players who haven't been exposed to *Journey to the West* and are starting to play *Black Myth: Wukong*, I'd like to offer you some insights. *Journey to the West* wasn't just written suddenly; it’s a story that has evolved over hundreds, even thousands of years, blending real historical events, folklore, and religious elements from China. Throughout its long history, the story and its characters have taken on many forms (for instance, the earliest versions of the Great Sage the Equal of Heaven and Sun Wukong were not the same character, and the Yuan Dynasty's version of the story included a lot of NSFW contents). Even after the most famous novel version, *Journey to the West*, was written, people continued to reinterpret, rewrite, and draw inspiration from it. The story in *Black Myth: Wukong* is yet another reinterpretation, with a distinct personal style. Some elements may not align with the original spirit of *Journey to the West*. While I don’t oppose such adaptations and creations, it’s important to understand the differences between each work. I hope more people come to love *Black Myth: Wukong*, and I also hope that some will take this opportunity to appreciate the charm of the original *Journey to the West*. In the foreseeable future, this story is sure to continue inspiring more great works.

@@juanmd26121 Yellow Brows was an antagonist from the novel. He was a servant boy under Maitreya Buddha (the little boy at the start of the chapter). When his master was away, he stole some powerful relics and ran away to earth. He built up a fake Leiyin temple and impersonated the Buddha to fool the OG gang and captured them. Subsequently, he tried to replace them with himself and his followers on the pilgrimage for the scriptures in order to become a buddha himself. This of course didn't come through and he was taken back by Maitreya himself. The game built up on this baseline and it seems he's back on his bullshit again; this time even spewing some anti-buddhism teachings.
