Its taken me many years to regain my health following childhood abuse, 7 years with a psychopath (diagnosed), 3 years through criminal and family court, leaving 17 family members due to toxic family dynamics. Im 50 now and I deserve the rest of my life for me (and my remaining family member, 17 year old son).

😭 this is happening to me right now. No cavities my whole life, good health overall. I'm 15 months into abusive divorce and noticed a cavity a few days ago. Today I took a closer look in the mirror and my gums are all receding and I can see other bad spots near the gum line 😢. It feels devastating.

I have advanced gum disease and arthritis through most of my body, my hair is falling out, and my skin is sagging more. That's all on top of the venereal infection my cheating husband gave me. He's been cheating on me for years and is causing me a tremendous amount of stress.

This definitely rings true for me..I've had problem gums since narcissistic trauma 4 years ago. Have not changed my dental routine at all, but ever since then its just not enough, I keep having gum flare ups every so often.
