Though having Pana players to miss shots will be great for Maccabi, it will be even better if Maccabi will have a good shooting night. Till now, Maccabi 3pt percentage is bad and a good shooting night from Brown, Blatt and all the others (JW is currently throwing rocks) will open up Pana defence and will, at least, keep Maccabi in the game till the end.

It will be almost impossible for Maccabi to win in Oaka without Baldwin if Slukas and Nunn are firing , only hope is that Basketnews is again wildly underestimates them somehow alweys backfires on them , only Wades injury saved them all from missing predictions (except rytis) form Maccabi easly taking the seires.

Baldwin is super overrated, we were leading by 13 in game 1 with Baldwin in and your team came back after he got benched. Not to mention that blatt is having the series of his life and with him in Maccabi offense is more unpredictable

@@Hgeths7asterwn sorry friend but with is an awful take , Bladwin is in the MVP conversation ,Hes the Best scorer of Maccabi (3 in EL), Best rating (4 in EL)Best Defender , Best leader and also contributed 5APG (10th in EL) , Mad Value. in Pao terms is like Nunns scoring , Grant defense , slukas leadership and passing in 1 player . Blatt is avraging the same numbers as the RS but with more minutes and shots , so hes underperforming . If anything its Dibartolomu hes a reliable 6th man for us last 8 years with over 40% for 3 -dislocated his shoulder a few weeks ago that F'ed up his shot makes him shoot 20% . So overall looks like it will be super hard to match Paos firepower unless well see something special.

Baldwin had a great season but as a pao fan I think that him being out is better for Maccabi mainly because he is still injured but also because brown takes more responsibility on offense, which in my opinion is a top 3 guard in Europe. Everyother stats is down maybe exept blatt apg. And bladwin just played less then 1 game in the seires till he got injured and he was effective , so how do you conclude this? Bladwin also taking care of buiesness for maccabi in 4th qtrs , this is why pao is dominating the last 5 minutes of games , i think ive seen its 50-27 for pao if you conclude just 5 minutes of games.

Do you even watch Euroleague? lol. Baldwin is Euroleague MVP candidate and is one of the best players in this league. At least top 2. So ofcourse without him would be much harder. Baldwin healthy - 3-1 Maccabi easily, no doubt.

in the 6 games that have been played in 4 Pao was much better, they lost the game by their own fault, not because Maccabi was better, it is normal, the team is 7 months old and succeeds and loses score differences, the ones that anyone has this year are unbelievably imagine what will happen next season

Maccabi did exactly what they needed to do in game one. They got home advantage by winning away. The hard part was to finish the series against a better team. They didn't. Whoever doesn't agree with that take a good look at the table. Panathinaikos finished five seats above Maccabi. Now the odds are above 80% for PAO finishing the series. All I can see is a game going from 15 to 20 points for 40 minutes for PAO. No crushing, no drama. Just the better team winning.

When all teams agreed for safety reasons macabbi plays without fans due to the situation over there? Why euroleague fined coach ataman and giannakoppoulos for what they said about the refs? I really don't get why people think that Kendrik Nunn is the best scorer in the league... Is it because he claimed it? Markus Howard had 19.5 avg in 39 games, James 17.9 avg in 39, Baldwin 17.4 in 30 and so on and so on,. In terms of avg points scored he is 8th(15.6 in 32), there is no discussion to be had. In terms of PIR, he's number 50 (11.28 in 32 games), given that he has the ball a lot and ends up with almost half of the teams turnovers every game. In fact, I believe that he's leading the league in Turnovers by far (3.09/game). Again, that is expected cause he has the ball in his hands a lot and that its his rookie year. He's a good player, and definitely a decent scorer that deserves a spot on the main roster, without him we wouldn't be finishing 2nd this year (as we were in dire need of a decend 2 scorer), but I don't really get the hype.

That does not make them better scorers than KD, Kobe, Kyrie, etc. Anyone who has played basketball or watched basketball for a decent amount of time can understand that a GOOD scorer means a GOOD shot creator and someone who can create for himself 1 on 1. Markus Howard is not that guy, neither is Wade Baldwin. Mike James might be a better scorer than Kendrick. But Kendrick makes BY FAR the toughest, most contested shots (you can argue for Mike James) and he consistently scores 10+ every single game. Kendrick can drive, dunk, shoot midranges, shoot the three, hit off-balanced fade-away and floaters. Your point is not valid. But it also depends on the definition of what makes a good offensive player/ scorer.
