This!!!! As I’ve been doing my teaching license and hearing concerns about teachers spending less time on “classic literature” to spend more time on other things (analysing texts), I find myself asking: “But why are classics so important! Shouldn’t we be teaching our students the value of visual communication and using multimedia?” Being a visual learner, I get so distracted by the background/images meant to support in a video that I often lose focus of what they are trying to say! Wish we could officially include this into the curriculum.
