I agree but I can also see why they did not want to scrap the game and have to record another. It did make it so the rest of the game I lost most of the interest and felt like "man this sucks that Cam just is getting wrecked now"

@@NicolBolasED Am I counting wrong? 4 instances of tax on Kinnan, meaning they cost 8{G}{U} but even with an activated Incubation druid I only see 7 Mana open (2 Crypt, 3 Druid, 1 Caryatid, 1 Paradise). Even if the black die marking 4 means it would've been the /fourth/ cast of Kinnan they were still short one mana to cast her. (As she would've cost 8 total, 6{G}{U}) This is what I get for listening to it instead of watching it haha

Yeah, don't underplay how significant that mistake was. Show mistakes by all means, it's very human because it happens but don't underplay it's significance. I truly think kinan loses that game without all the Mana incubation druid gave which allowed draws that should have never happened etc.

What are your guys thoughts on G-Probe etiquette? I've seen full reveal to the table, saying the card names, saying what combo pieces, or saying nothing at all (all on this channel). Normally, I look, and might say "he's might go off in X number of turns."

I think this is a little bit better than "Delay", because you can avoid spells, that can´t be countered like "Dovin´s Veto", and players can`t stop it with Veil of Summer.

Am I wrong here, but in the first game couldn't Tyler have stacked the tap and untap triggers of basalt monolith in response to dismember targeting Kinnan??? I think Tyler would've won regardless. He would've gained infinite colorless, and he just showed he had the colored mana to potentially have played Kinnan again after dismember. He would've found Thrasios and proceeded to secure the win at that point.

Mangara drew me 6 cards in one turn cycle in a casual game. It's amazing in a cEDH game XD Yes, cmc4 is high, but if the decks are slow enough that's not a problem and as of lately there are almost no really fast deck out there. (Gitrog and Godo being the two exceptions that i can think of. Rip Sidisi Ant.)

7:40 Wouldn't Tyler be able to activate the mana dorks for 4 mana and put another Basalt Monolith untap activation on the stack which would then result in infinite mana to pay for the Flusterstorm? Edit: I realise this wouldn't result in much other than sparing Kinnan from death...which I think it probably worth it considering how many times he's been removed already.

7:40 This is a newb question but why couldn’t the Kinnan player, in response to the dismember, just tap and untap basalt monolith for infinite mana? If he’s able to do something like that with Kinnan (someone targets Kinnan with a kill spell, activate Kinnan ability in response, to check top five) why can’t the same thing happen with the basalt monolith?

He could, and SHOULD have put another untap on the stack with his floating mana, he just must have missed it and misplayed

Kinnan could have won. In response to the dismember, he floated mana, if he'd used it on basalt monolith instead he would've had infinite colourless.

Yeah that incubation Druid misplay impacted the game he never drew a land so all that mana produced was negated he would never be able to activate the kinnan so yupp he should have lost JUDGEEEE
