Colby at 170 obviously would be the more comfortable fighter since his body is acclumated for that weight, BUT it is possible since Khabib has never fought at 170lbs even though Khabib walks around at about 180lbs. They are 2 complete different grapplers, Khabib is a much more aggressive grappler and will shoot from anywhere, where Colby loves to dirty box against the cage and change levels. That would be a good fight.
