Nurses siphoned out of Kenya where they are needed most. Kenya doesn't compensate well if ever. America silently takes them in knowing their knowledge and expertise working in the harshest environments on earth qualifies them to be the best any nation can have.

​@Blessed Mama I can't comment about back door route to the UK because I know nothing about it but if you get here through genuine route, it's the best place to live except for the weather. You can go to school upto whichever level and jobs that pay well are also there. There is also respect of the rule of law unlike other places.Getting a visa to the UK is not easy though. I live here and I cannot compare with other democracies in the world.
