@@chrisbetter3820 cheers mate! I have evolved from using shorter rods like 6’3 all the way to 7”6 now. Casting distance and just feels right mate.

Cheers mate I live out at hatton vale half way to Toowoomba, I’m keen on Jew, snapper, bluebone, sweetlip ect. I don’t really like to ask but considering how far I have to travel, plus I’m an interstate truck driver I don’t get that much time. So if I can work out a rough place to start than fingers crossed it might be eventful lol

@@scotthumpries-norton3942 personally I started my fishing in Moreton bay with lures was fishing the reef edges around the many islands in the bay. Next was learning the deeper water wrecks and structures with heavier gear.

The chinaman fish is cool capture in the bay i got one a similar size in a spot close to there a couple of years ago.

Mate i love your vids but please if you’re gonna keep a feed look after them get a bigger eski I run the daiwa bag keeps the fish nice n straight really cover them in ice

@@mitch_l7058 hey mate, currently running super high quantity Shimano esky with 4-6 yeti ice bricks in the base and cover the the top with a bag of ice. I assure you those fish are super cold bro.
