this podcast is by far one of the greatest. It's like one minute we were laughing. And then getting getting some knowledge bombs dropped on us. Alsodeep thought questions about life or like this episode what's something you regret. It's got a mixture of everything.your mission or goal behind this podcast was to get bodybuilders and people of the community better known. And actually be looked at as people rather than larger than Life. In my opinion you definitely succeeded. You aim for the Target, you hit the target successfully. Now the trajectory of the round is still in flight. LOL yes I associate basically everything with army, ranger battalion. Huge part of my life.But the things that I've learned lifting weights and following a nutrition plan. And overall lifestyle. You can use the bodybuilding lifestyle or fitness lifestyle lessons and a way to conduct yourself. And it's limitless to wear your and how you can use it throughout many situations. Especially help meby the way of standing out and helping greatly with promotion and getting put in leadership positions before my peers.sure and ranger battalion your fast that strong and you crazy endurance. 180-190lb avg. myself and a few others that definitely didn't hurt us getting up to 230 lb roughly. With abs.. it gives you that extra edge. You have everybody in the unit that's freaking awesome and quality professionals. But having 30 lb more muscle didn't hurt And as regret. I would say not finishing the steps and tactical training of becoming a Green Beret special forces. My men my ex-wife now LOL I had already completed special forces selection next was the q course and it was for a year-long and I was already designated to be weapons sergeant and that's a team leader of a team.but I kept pushing it off pushing it off because of the ex-wife. Thinking I always had a year to do it and then I thought to myself well I did Ranger and sniper airborne blah blah blah that's good enough.should have just kept going for one more year and I would had that Green Beret on my head. But what you going to do everything is hindsight
