Michael Hayden is such a quack. This dude is in every speaking gig and interview and he never says anything meaningful but just talks up the interviewer. I lose respect for anyone that uses him as an expert source since they're just using his past job title's as some expectation of expertise. Hayden struggles with his own email on his dumbphone, his knowledge on cybersecurity is whatever he read out of the Wall Street Journal.

@@ZoeMango Michael Hayden is a dinosaur from the Bush regime. He's a relic with no understanding of technology in the slightest, other than enough to talk up an interviewer. I've seen him be interviewed for things he had zero advanced knowledge of and zero involvement of while still fielding questions about his/the US government's involvement as if he knows anything specific. I worked for a consulting company that gets federal contracts. Hayden was brought in and given a ceremonial partner/board spot essentially for marketing purposes. He was in the office for a day and he reeked of used-car salesman. He does this for work, essentially leasing out his past work experience for corporate marketing. Keep in mind we were a very technical company with very technically advanced products....Hayden brought nothing to the table. His only draw was that the people who award government contracts will give preference to their friends. Literally the slimiest nastiest form of business, wasn't with the company long. The Military Industrial Complex and corporate America in general is a very sleezy place. While there is undoubtedly great innovators and tech advancements, there is profoundly too much space being taken up by insignificant people doing unimportant things and Michael Hayden is at the core of it.
