Hello, I know about Brian Peppers because one of my teachers long ago took that picture with the light switch. the photo creds goto Billy Martin, a Media Explorations teacher at the Hilliard Heritage Middle School. he actually showed me the exact location the photo was taken, and it matched. I used to be a medical transporter in the area of the Nursing Home he lived in and his place was one of the contracted facilities. Once we had a nurse come with us to take a patient to a medical office. While en route, I asked about him.
