Modern colleges and universities merely recqure you to regurgitate knowledge that is out dated, it doesn't stimulate the mind anymore, too much distraction, did you know that in islamic universities you had to study at least 16 years to master one branch of science? This was the least amount of years. When i embraced islam i felt the qu'ran stimulating my mind in ways i could never imagine, reflection, criticism, most of all PURE knowledge, if a scientist says x and it is contrary to the qu'ran, i simply say "they just are yet to find out but not quite there yet" countless examples of it in history. Islam is the cure for all modern problems, the obligation Allah gave us to reflect upon the qu'ran is a gym excercise for our brain, T.V. is fast food for it. Ever since islam i found myself even more bored in classrooms because i often knew the teachers were wrong and just repeated what they were taught. Dear brothers and sisters know well that islam is the right way, the true way and will cure you of all diseases and weakness.

Mehdi437 Mashallah, tho when you said that "when scientists say something contradicting the quran" in most cases ive seen, its the muslims that have claimed something to contradict the quran when it really doesnt. The approach to islam intellectually has a broad range of approaches aswell, which depends on your milleui.

He was a racist early on, because he was taught to believe that the white man was a devil. But Allah invited him to make pilgrimage and instilled true knowledge / yaqeen in his heart, and that for me is the true happiness in the story of Malik Shabazz, Allah transformed him into his best self and then invited him back to be with his creator. All is well that ends well. May Allah count us amongst His invitees.

sorry friend.i read malcolm'd autobiography,what i understood is nation of islam has nothing to do with ISLAM,it was just an association of african american people.malcolm practiced real islam after his pilgrimage to MECCA,after he left nation of islam.
