The good thing is MLK realized this and changed his philosophy. The last few years of his life, he was more aligned with the thoughts of Malcolm. This change along with the quest to gain economic power for our people got him killed. Look up MLK the Dream the turned into a Nightmare.

MrTee12 from this video alone is proved it was actually the other way around. He starting being more aligned to Martins philosophy. When he became a Sunni his whole perspective changed. He spoke about the white Muslims that he met on the pilgrimage. He also had a dream of an integrated world. His philosophy towards violence and turning the other cheek had changed. Said so right here in the video.

@@jhenf.9987 Malcolm Was Always for Economic Reparations Justice for the Descendants of American Slaves. This is what Martin caught on to later, and that is why the U.S. government killed Martin. Malcolm never adopted Martin's Turn the other cheek non-violent approach.

I will say in his time I was a southern young man, that looked on Malcolm as a threat to my race and my country. Now almost 82 disabled I listen to his words and believe in him. I would have been proud if somehow we could have been friends discussing philosophy, and the problems that still exist. The 60's was a time of revolution in America and murder. Malcolm, Martin, Bobby, John and others murdered for their beliefs. Rip Malcolm your words still are being heard.

You can't battle racism within the law with flowers and rainbows, you have to try your hardest, even if it might've made you look like a bad person in the future generations. The comments he made on white people were at a time when America was still a racist place that was unjust for black people. In the Nazi era, it was acceptable to call the Germans the worst names. However, nowadays those comments are portrayed as "racist" which is very true because time plays a role in what you say. I'm no SJW I'm just a person who happens to have common sense, which is something you seem to sadly not have. Malcolm X would only be a racist if he was advocating for less rights for White people. He has a back bone, speaks his truth, and goes with it. From what I've seen he has yet to lie about a campaign promise. He has at least attempted them all and those are what got him the office. The racial divide we feel in his presidency is strictly because he was the president next in line after our very first black president. This would have happened with any white man as his successor. In Saudi we have studied his story three times . In Elementary + High school + and again at Med School . I did two presentations about this great man. And I do believe white people will always try to hide anything that could promote Islam as the true religion that came from god and it’s the best way of life. But they will promote fake words such as love etc .. to preserve their Privilege and the continuation of the arrogant behavior of sticking with a lie . At the end there no different between no one either your white or black or Arab .. whatever. The only thing will count is your appreciation to Allah ( God ) who gave us the eyes and mind etc.. by believing on him and worshiping him and stick to the principles that being sent by every prophet along the line lastly Mohammed. Every action , words , or a look will be counted . Wish to you and everyone who reads this comment a life full of satisfaction and an end will made use forget that we ever lived such a life full of all these nonsense. Best regards.

@@pilot4910 true the Nation of Islam did order the hit. However, by that time the FBI had infiltrated both malcoms personal circle and the Nation of Islam. They had wiretaps, informants, everything. The days leading up to Malcolm murder he was stalked and aggravated vigorously with people calling his hotel room and his home with death threats. He had his house set on fire with his entire family inside just days before. The FBI saw the hit coming and intentionally let it happen. Killing two birds with one stone.

It wasn’t his own people it just got exposed that the CIA did it and framed his so called killers, read more about his case and even one black officer who knew about what they’ve been doing to malcolm from poisoning him in 1964 but they didn’t succeed and then finally killing him and framing his people and regretted not saying something even tho he acknowledged he didn’t have the power at that time, and on the day of the assassination the police were around waiting for the black men who they gave the weapons to to shoot malcolm or they will put him in jail so they forced him to kill him then when he did it they got inside to take him and the others and framed them and one of the people who they framed was actually at home nursing , and the documents just got out last year, search about it ,and his daughters now are trying to get justice for him

Ancesotral Fishimun I’m not saying he was racist, but he had slaves and that’s a fact. The whole reason Islam spread early on was through the Prophet’s (I should call him a general or dictator) conquests. Islam has been and always will be a violent religion. That doesn’t mean or Muslims are bad and that doesn’t mean Islam hasn’t helped the world in certain aspects but overall it is a flawed ideology and theology. It is much easier and quicker to disprove than Christianity, which stemmed from Abraham’s (Ibrahim’s) true son, Isaac.

@Galactus2018 first of all the reason muslims suffer is because Allah is just if you care for your self and improve your self then Allah will help you , thats why in Islam in order to succeed you have to take the reasons that will help you succeed while acknowledging that Allah granted them to you , secondly the prophet didn't punish the people of taif when they throw stones on him and he didn't punish the people of mecca who insulted and hit him on daily basis but when he returned to mecca he didn't kill any one of them and told them 'go you are free ' he didn't punish the killer of his uncle when he said that he wanted to become Muslim that is history with no source claiming other wise , now lets talk about the hadith First there are many hadiths that are lies that were linked to the prophet, the scholers of hadith classified all hadiths long ago so only sahih hadiths are trusted to have been narated on the prophet ( peace be apon him ) this hadith is sahih that a Jewish man came to the prophet and asked him to return money that the prophet had lended before the time he was going to return them to him and when the prophet told him that the time still hadn't come he said to him you "ban abd el motalb" (the prophet's tribe ) are least trustworthy if all , such insult for medieval arabs was worthy of death, when the sahaba (prophet's disciples) wanted to kill him the prophet told them that they should stand with justice regardless of the people and gave the money to the jew and forgave him the jew beame a muslim because he was testing the prophet's forgiveness to make sure he was the final prophet , this is a proven true hadith you want to discard it and believe false ones this is up to you but don't claim to know hadith then thirdly What is your religion or are you an atheist because from your first comment that you aren't a Christian

Malcolm X needs to be back in our lives as nothing much has changed. I'm sure many young people who don't know much about him will be inspired. He's inspired me! What a brave man who spoke up and took action. As he said - We're all humans

@C K Pari Something like...Safiyya bint Huyay narrates, ‘There was no one more loathsome in my eyes than the Messenger of God, who had killed both my father and husband. However, this feeling disappeared from my heart when the Messenger of God repeatedly clarified his position to me by telling me that my father had been responsible for instigating the Arabs against him and for numerous other felonies. Thank you for sharing this. I've always held a back burner interest in Malcolm X, but always felt there was a massive amount of disinformation surrounding his history. Wow, what a tragic and traumatizing life he experienced. This video has inspired me to learn more about him and his ideals. Thanks again.

"Eventually my mother suffered a complete breakdown, and the court orders were finally signed. They took her to the State Mental Hospital at Kalamazoo. My mother remained in the same hospital at Kalamazoo for about 26 years. My last visit, when I knew I would never come to see her again-there-was in 1952. I was twenty-seven. My brother Philbert had told me that on his last visit, she had recognized him somewhat. "In spots" he said. But she didn't recognize me at all. She stared at me. She didn't know who I was. Her mind, when I tried to talk, to reach her, was somewhere else. I asked, "Mama, do you know what day it is?" She said, staring, "All the people have gone." I can't describe how I felt. The woman who had brought me into the world, and nursed me, and advised me, and chastised me, and loved me, didn't know me. *It was as if I was trying to walk up the side of a hill of feathers."* -Malcolm X, The Autobiography of Malcolm X
