You had me up until you said there were African tribes who fought wars against each other in 10,000 B.C. Then you lost me because that isn't realistically possible given the timeline of ancient civilization. Mesopotamia was formed somewhere around 5000 B.C., I doubt there would be tribes fighting wars 5000 years before that. And it never states when specifically that scene in Black Panther took place. It could have been 10,000 B.C. or it could have been 3,000 B.C. You don't know, I don't know, the people who made that scene might not know. What I'm trying to say is you can't use that scene to support a claim that the first black panther was the first hero in the MCU when you don't actually know when it took place.
