Good insights. The state will not correct. Ramaphosa will not make the hard decisions. The ANC government must go. It's the only answer.

@@etienneshamley397 Yep, agreed... the media have been talking about how Malema and his party are ready to lead the country so clearly we are being setup for EFF rule. Make no mistake about it ANC does not have a majority vote anymore and they will do everything they can to stay in power which means a coalition with EFF. If that happens the EFF will take over completely and will change the constitution, outlaw all other parties and Malema will make himself the eternal ruler of SA until the end... just like his idol Mugarbage. SA will become a hardcore communist dictatorship (think North Korea) overnight.

Stats - Ethnic groups in South Africa African Race 80.2% Colored 8.8% White 8.4% Indian/Asian 2.5% Over population is the reason there will never be enough of anything Until that subject is addressed nothing will ever get better. Does SA Government teach this emotional intelligence Does SA Government teach the nation about having more children than you can afford to have is the problem. You are suppose to have children so that you can give them the BEST life that you can afford to give them, not supposed to have so many children that they grow up poor, make poor choices. For as long as social grants is the fashion that people aspire to, only having children for that money, the wrong reason to have children right. Children are seen as one's riches, but how can they be your riches if they grow up on the streets, stealing to help feed their many siblings. There needs to be intelligent education around this, it must be a taught subject, for if not the cycle will never change, nor will the mental minds grow to become dynamic. Teach the nation that this is NOT about race, it is about living your BEST life! How can we keep hiding behind the excuse that the 10% in SA is our downfall We must stop that teaching. We cannot keep teaching the nation to live a life in the rear view mirror. Know that bad choices leads us to sit in a rocking chair going nowhere! Government has been in power for 26 years , what do we see on social platforms what SA Government does to breed the culture of success!

The recovery plan where the middle class is destroyed and private property is stolen and the reserve bank nationalized at which point they will start printing money which will lead to hyper inflation and starvation. 'God the world is in chaos and nothing is “normal”. People are hurting. People are broken. But God!! We choose to linger on Your Word, and that You are listening, and that You will answer when the time is right. Please continue to give us the strength to endure the hard battle ahead. Let’s face it God's life is scary. We want to keep our loved ones, children, friends, and even ourselves safe throughout the day, emotionally and physically. God, it is natural to protect the things we love most in our lives, and lucky for us that we have extra help to make sure that they stay safe. We know that You are always watching over us, even when we may not realize it. When we want that extra feeling of safety or crave a little satisfaction knowing that You are listening. Thank You, God, for sending Your angels down to Your true loyal children to rescue them from danger and protect the people at Senekal. Your angels lift them up and keep them from harm, Thank You for Your protection. Thank You for Your Cross. No words can describe what You did for our sins! Father, I thank you for the great authority and protection you have given us Your children in the person of Jesus Christ. Even as we go out into the world, your promise remains true to us and that nothing will, by any means, hurt us. Forgive us for the times when we have taken Your provision for granted and the times when we have failed to thank You and give You the honor and gratitude that You deserve. Thank You, that even though we have failed to acknowledge all that You give us day by day, You faithfully provide us richly all things to enjoy. But Lord, we come to You now, knowing that we are facing a drought in our land and we ask You to send abundant rain on the earth, which has become dry, thirsty, and arid. Look down in pity our plight we pray. It is not only the plants that are wilting, but even the animals and people are dry. Oh Lord, send us rain. Open the windows of heaven we pray with the sweet rainfall that we so desperately need, and water our land we pray. To You belongs the Kingdom and the Glory forever and ever. Amen.

It must be remembered that the cost of infrastructure can be arguably divided into two components, the initial capital investment for the development of infrastructure and the life cycle cost of the infrastructure (which includes both planned and unplanned maintenance), failure to provide for the life cycle cost will result in the problems which we now experience with the state of existing infrastructure in South Africa
