That lake really was beautiful and it was pretty amaing hearing those loons calling so much. Lol, oh, laundry machines with their fussiness for certain coins. I'm guessing the $15 was for a few loads and hopefully inflation didn't hit that badly! Have a great weekend you two!

🤣🤣 I was thinking while editing that was expensive! But, I do think it was for several loads because the washers seemed to be small and the dryers larger. We're so happy that you and Lyndon did your trip back up to Thompson just a few months earlier and we followed behind. It's a beautiful area! In the video I mention we're 150 miles north of Thompson, but I should have said northwest. We were on the road to Lynn Lake. I have more scene's from Thompson coming next week and we will mention you and Lyndon again. I will say L's Adventures though. I saw where he changed his channel name. But, the links will work! 😆 Loonie is the $1 coin and called that because it has a picture of a loon on the back. Then the $2 coin came out and everyone just started calling it a toonie- no loons on the back of that one though. 🤣. I loved hearing the loons. Such a peaceful area. Kathy LOVED it there. Incredible sounds on the lake. I had my first recording of a Loon (they’re called Great Northern Divers here) in Scotland a couple of weeks back. That’s amazing footage Dave and Kathy. Gorgeous country and wildlife!! What a trip guys. We would love it there. Cool to learn about local life - we had to do washing on our Scotland trip and learned a lot 👍👍 Safe travels guys.

I’m not sure if we’ll ever get to Canada, but I think I’d like to visit there. It seems like there’s a lot of pretty scenic places to explore there. You guys have really been to great places.
