My wife introduced me to your channel, and I gotta say, I love it! I'm the stay at home dad, but I hit the gym as well, and do all the meal prep. I've been trying to get everyone in the family on board with clean eating, and thanks to your channel, we're all finally moving that direction! Clean eating is one thing, clean eating that actually TASTES good is something else entirely! And, just as an aside, I'm a muscle guy, but we have gone a little lower on the protein, and if anyone ever asks you, clean eating period is the best for building it! Thanks for all the info, we look forward to even more vids, helps get my creativity going, and even the kids are getting in on the cooking and prep!

Oh also, you mentioned the dates, I just wanted to share, they make a great binder for no bake protein bars, just grind them in a strong blender with some oats, PB, a little coconut oil, and the protein powder, they're awesome if you need a pick me up, I think you did a video on something similar?

Great video! I work at Whole Foods and addition to the app, whole foods has the coupon books that you can use along side the app. They are completely different coupons and if a coupon book says it's for the month of September/October the coupons inside won't expire until the end of November :)

This was great and so inspirational. Since we started our own clean eating journey I have been exhausted because it seems to have become a full time job for me given that I cook everything from scratch. So this helps keep me going. But I do love it. I never shop at Whole Foods because they are just way too expensive. I sometimes make the 45 minute trip to Trader Joes. Love that store. I mostly shop at Stop & Shop for organic because they have a huge organic section plus they have their own natural/organic line that is very affordable, and they are right around the corner. I gotta look into that food saver. Thanks.

Hi Dani I shop at ALDI it's very budget friendly & the store also has a brand called simply organic at a cheap price you should definitely do an ALDI haul video you'll save a lot of money and you would get a lot of items for you're money but they don't have a lot of variety but you really can't beat their prices anyways it's great for me cuz I'm only buying food for myself and I don't go anywhere else unless I need to re buy protein powder 01/15/17 and happy new year 😘😘😘 luv your channel can't wait to try you're detox soup

great buys! I use those fishsticks to make a quick lazy fish taco or if I am being super lazy i just scoop some salsa (homemade or whole foods fresh made mango salsa) and put the fish sticks on top of that. Also i love vital farms eggs I also buy their butter yum

Yes I shop at Whole Foods. I find they are affordable when you stick to the 365 organic Brand and sales. Plus they have the foods we like to eat compared with other stores. I buy many of the same choices that you showed. I love their Large bag of already popped popcorn for a great price at $1.99.

I would love to see some recipes with your wheat berries. They are such a good grain! Great grocery haul, makes me hungry! That kimchi brand is really delicious. They also have a white version if you're lucky to find it in your Whole Foods that has no spice and is also vegan. The Amy's pizza with no cheese is really good too!!

Dani, That was a super fun video! Your kids won the parents lottery! Surprised you don't make your own hummus (I pronounce it like push; you pronounce it like button). Boy, that chicken/potato/veggie pan meal looks fabulous. I do that all the time with veggies and those tiny potatoes (only organic; potatoes are supposed to be crazy sprayed). You're right that any seasoning works; important for everything to be on one"level" like you have it with no overlapping so everything roasts and doesn't steam. I use 425 for 20 minutes and then scrape and put back in if needed. Your chocolate zucchini snack cake is still my very favorite! (Thanks for WF app reminder! Going there today for grass-fed marrow bones for my bone broth.)

I love how balanced you are in your journey with eating and feeding your family healthy real food! Sometimes the current eating fad can be so overwhelming with a perfect or nothing attitude! Frozen fish sticks are a way better option then Mcdonalds down the road for hungry kids. :) Lord Bless!

While I appreciate how WF has popularized the notion of organic and health foods they can get expensive. I'll check out their app. Where I live we have food co-ops with less expensive organic food choices thank goodness. I love your organizational info Dani.
