I love Melissa Urban for so many reasons. One reason that’s apparent in this video is that her recipes are actually practical. Ground meat, veggies, and sauce: it’s affordable and simple. She’s talked often about making W30 attainable for all people and her fridge is a testament to that.

I looove toasted marshmallow nutpods! I warm a few tbsp for 30 sec in microwave, then use a hand held frother and add it to top of my coffee 🥰

Yay! Thank you for this video! I’m trying to stop drinking so many hard seltzer’s and sugary coffees. I just learnt about this a few days ago. And I started whole30 today, unfortunately I had a sip vegetable broth then realized it had sugar in it. Does anybody know if I need to restart after that ?

I keep my little ones in the fridge, they only time I put them on the counter is if they need to get redder. I will set them out to be room temp before I eat them tho.
