I heard that you need a harsh preservative (not natural one) to preserve clay, since is easy for bacteria and yeast to reproduce.

Made your face cleanser and really like it. I especially love the fact that it's great at removing make up. I use it along with your basic face cream recipe and have no complains. Making another batch of the cleanser today with some additional goodies like aloe vera. Hope it's even more effective. Thank you so much for this video.

So many more DIYs to try though, just trying to use up my store bought products as quickly as possible and also order the amazing, natural ingredients as and when I can. Still very new to the world of homemade skincare but am already a massive fan and so grateful to have you as a guide through it all ❤

Thank you for the formula! I made the cleanser today and I can’t wait to try it tonight. Mine turned out a bit more jelly-like than yours looks in the video. Perhaps the Xantham gum is different in Canada or it’s the small amount of lavender distillate I used in the water percentage
@WholeElise
@WholeElise 4 жыл бұрын
Oh that's great, I'm so glad you tried it! Xanthan gum is can be really sensitive to mixing, if it's slightly overmixed it can develop a gloopy or jelly-like consistency. But that shouldn't affect the cleanser performance - well done in making it 😊💚
