Thanks for the comment. Not available in our market. We do have a newer exclusive version of the BZ13: kzbin.info/www/bejne/en7FdJp8Zppoaqc

The BZ10 here is the V1 version. The V2 version is as follows: 1) Switches have been upgraded to toggle switches, previously push button switches, for easier activation. 2) Indicator lights have been upgraded to LED’s, which are longer lasting than the previous regular bulbs. 3) Emblem logo on the back body panel has been changed to a gold color, which is more eye-catching than the previous gray color. ~~Info taken from 1st Line Equipment~~

I can’t find explanation how to adjust brew temperature on BZ10. Can you please make a video and show us how to do that. Thank you
@Wholelattelovepage11 ай бұрын
Hi p, thanks for the question. The BZ10 does not have external temperature adjustment. Temperature in the boiler is controlled by an internal pressurestat that is sealed at the factory. For manipulating brew temperature on this type of machine one uses flushes from the brew group just prior to making espresso. Longer flush = cooler brew temp. If interested, you can view the pressurestat in this video. It's the round black device at top left of internal view cued in the link: kzbin.info/www/bejne/o3uzpYSphqidY8ksi=csgXmEc9LcqJrVny&t=318 Most pressurestats have an adjustment, and many like the BZ10's are sealed by the manufacturer to prevent manipulation and safety issues. There is a brief discussion of flushing towards the end of the video.

I love my Bezzera! It heats up super fast with the electrically heated brew group. Nice tulip!

+Pau Tung Hi Pau, Bezzeras are well built machines and should last many years with proper maintenance. A couple things... the machines are not NSF rated so using in a commercial application could be an issue with inspectors. It's not a high capacity machine, so you'll be a bit limited in number of drinks per hour. That said, with pause time for grinding between extractions/steaming it can make drinks continuously. Both machines are reservoir only so you'll be filling with water frequently. You might consider the Gaggia TS. It's more appropriate for commercial use and within your budget. It's a machine we loan out for latte art throwdowns on a regular basis and the competitors like it alot! It's reservoir only as well but has a larger HX boiler for more steaming power and quicker recovery. Learn more about the Gaggia TS here: www.wholelattelove.com/products/gaggia-ts-espresso-machine

Well built, you say...how about steel frame, is it well protected from moisture which inevitably is around espresso machine? exSilvia owners would want all-stainless machine or Bezzera has done this right way?

i have bz 07, needs a new tank, is worth fixing it, or should i just sell it for parts and buy something new? i know tanks are scarce right now for this machine.
@Wholelattelovepage2 жыл бұрын
Hi d, You need a new water reservoir? Shouldn't be too hard to find one. I believe most Bezzera machines use the same reservoir. If in US/Canada contact us here and we may be able to help you out: support.wholelattelove.com/hc/en-us As an alternative, you can jerry rig something to hold water until one is available.

@@Wholelattelovepage its actually the copper tank thats leaking, a repair shop did some work to it, but it didn't last it starred to leak again. I love that bezzera bz07, steam is awesome on her, quick heat up too. What machine do u recommend with similar features? Thar is affordable of course.

So no insulation on either of the copper tanks? Is this a cost cutting feature?

I guess it is.

Can you change the opv to 9 bars in both of these machine? Thanks
@Wholelattelovepage7 жыл бұрын
Hi MC, Yes, OPV/brew pressure can be adjusted on both machines. See links below for how to do it. BZ07 OPV Adjustment: wiki.wholelattelove.com/Bezzera_BZ07_DE#Adjusting_Brew_Pressure BZ10 OPV Adjustment: wiki.wholelattelove.com/Bezzera_BZ10#Adjusting_Brew_Pressure

I have had my BZ07 for 3 weeks and the only complaint is that the automatic settings for a single or a double are not consistent, meaning I have to constantly re-progam them. Is there a fix for this?
@Wholelattelovepage7 жыл бұрын
Hi m, Brew water is measured by a flow meter as it exits the water reservoir. If water water is returned to the reservoir from the OPV or de-airetor this water was measured by the flow meter but not used in brewing. Most common cause of in cup volume changes are variations in grind size or weight of coffee dose from shot to shot. A finer grind and/or higher dosing weight can increase brew pressure and cause more water to be diverted back to the reservoir via the OPV. The fix is to program volume dosing after grind size is dialed in and then be consistent with coffee dose weight from shot to shot.

Hi Mark, do you have video on How to adjust OPV to 9 - 10 bar on BZ10 ? Mine has way up to 12, its too High, Please Help.. Thanks
@Wholelattelovepage6 жыл бұрын
Hi KR, Thanks for the question. You need to open up the machine and adjust fitting 10 on page 5 referenced in this pdf: wiki.wholelattelove.com/images/c/c9/BZ10_Parts_Diagram.pdf Turning one way will increase the pressure, turning opposite direction decreases pressure. You make the adjustment with a backflush disc in the portafilter with the machine on and brewing. Watch the gauge as you make the adjustment and turn to your desired pressure. Are you sure you want to do this? If you are hitting 12bar on the gauge it's because your grind is too fine. Some manufacturers (not sure if Bezzera is one) ship machines with OPV set higher than others. Make your grind a little coarser and/or reduce you coffee dose and your brew pressure will come down. If you do open the machine be careful! There's high voltage inside - do this at your own risk. Marc
