I've recently bought this machine and although It is a great, it does need to be slightly hotter. I think an additional manual frother (on top of the automatic), somewhere on the machine would be a welcome addition. Alternatively they could simply increase the heating technology wise but as they said it's reasonably fine, the custom option would be much better.

I just bought this machine and I can only recommend it. It is very easy to use and easy to keep clean. Every variety of coffee drink is perfect. Just love it.

Hello, please tell me why the coffee machine Jura J9 (J10) series are much more expensive than the E and F series? What is their main difference besides the design? And is it works Jura coffee machine J10 with Jora Smart Connect (remote control with your phone), or if there is some solution for J10 other than buying an E or Z series?

Hi, We don't have the newer J series machines in the US at this time so can't give you positive answer. But, many of Jura's newer models like the Z6 have a new PEP (Pulse Extraction Process) feature. This feature uses a pressure pulsing when brewing for a deeper extraction of the coffee. Many of their newer models have smart water filters which communicate with the machine to let one know when the filter needs replacement.

Turn the froth dial to the rightest to get the hottest froth. Turn it to the leftest to get hottest milk.

I just wish you guys would pronounce it correctly. From their own instructional videos, it's pronounced with a Y sound, not a J sound (Yer-uh, not Jer-uh).
