@@thesplatooanima8231 Yeah! I don't remember the details, but the place was great, the food wasn't moldy, wasn't under or over cooked, the kitchen was well maintained. As far as I remember the problem was a combination of it taking a bit long for the food to get there, the menu being too large of food they offered, and being a hole in the wall that didn't get much foot traffic and they didn't have the money to really advertize. So he helped them cut down the menu, train the one guy working the kitchen how to make all of the meals they decided on fast, and as usual brought a bunch of people in to try it out and help grow the popularity of the place.
