I love how progressive this track is, constantly changing and introducing new ideas. It's more of a suite than a single track. That said, I wish 0:32 could have a whole track dedicated to it

I love that part. I remember watching the first episode and hoping that section would be the new doctor's theme because it was so good. Alas. What we got was pretty good as well, though.

I wish the rest of Capaldi's era reused the style of music that was in Deep Breath. It seemed to only exist in this episode.

@@joeo_18 Not sure how to word the sounds, but from 3:31 to 3:36, whatever's used to make that sound made an appearance in The Pilot episode, notably when Heather takes the form of a Dalek

For me Deep Breath was the best scored episode of the series. Loved the little ticking sound running along in the background of most tracks (like this, one, for example).

I listen to these tracks too much. I'm to the point of which I can be a tab over and as soon as it comes on I know which track it is. Literally in a quiet room full of people I out of habit just said "PUDDING BRAINS" incredibly loud. I had to get up and leave due to embarrassment at the looks I received.
