Hi Kaden, great video there’s a lot to get you head around on the app and this really helped! One thing I’m struggling with and the customer support don’t seem to be able to answer me is the difference between is sleep needed, time in bed and recommended, mind are all different Sleep needed 8:14 Time in bed: 9:21 Recommended: 22:00-09:00 (so 11 hours!) Please help, I’m lost!

I’m trying to use whoop but I get a message to keep whoop open what does this mean ?? And how do I accomplish this. I will get this alert after 3 hrs and says for me to reconnect to update data??

Be absolutely clear that Whoop’s sleep tracker is highly flawed. Last night it recorded that I was “awake” for 4 hours and 35 minutes. Total nonsense….
