For the White Chocolate Ganache:
10oz (280g) White Chocolate, chopped
1/3 cup (80ml) Heavy Cream (bring to room temperature)

Use a vanilla buttercream for the filling, trust me. Vanilla butter cream or a marshmallow Creme whoopie pie filling recipe. White chocolate ganash is going to be way too sweet.

I wanted to show something different from the traditional whoopie pies since I'm not a big fan of buttercream. I think it's too much butter and powdered sugar. The cookies aren't too sweet, so it balances the sweetness of the ganache.
