I stopped dying my hair dark and now embrace my new grey hairs. I stopped wearing heavy makeup too. It's like we finaly embrace our real self in our 30s and stop thinking about what others will think of us. My 30s have been my best years so far!

I never dyed my hair or did makeup even in my twenties. But my thirties are indeed better than my twenties were, because I got the independence I needed to stop caring about the criticism I constantly received from my parents about how I run my life and household. The only downside is that I feel less fit than I did previously, but I'm not sure if that's because of me getting older or because of the aftermath of me getting sick during the pandemic.

I totally get you on the nausea! I turned 32 this year and if i dont get at least 6 hours of sleep, I feel soo nauseous the following day. On those days, I avoid coffee at all costs! I only drink coffee when I wake up feeling good and got sleep hehe
