Many things resonate with me; His authenticity soo REAL!!! Thoughts on discipline. The importance of relationships. Thoughts on pain being used to elevate us - addressing our trauma. Belonging in church before believing. Belonging in church before behaving. I must get his books. 12 years I have buried my trauma; This interview along, with the prayers of my brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ- has me running to counseling to address my trauma. I will know longer be paralyzed by it!!! Thank you❤

Yes I realized this, I want a deep, enduring, soulmate love but I'm so afraid of getting hurt, being vulnerable, opening myself up to someone that it's kept that possibility of reciprocal love away. I have subconsciously sabotaged potential connections in order to protect myself . I know I give love, deeply but I block myself from receiving it which has been a painful thing😢. I'm working on taking a chance, giving dating a chance again, in order to give love a chance.

I'm excited to read this book. It is true that healing is such a lonely road, but it gets easier once you accept it that you need to be alone for a long time to cultivate a lasting relationship relationship. So you can bring your best self to the relationship. I want to reach the point where a relationship is like a dessert, I want to have it because I'm full. Not that I'm lacking.

Good afternoon Lewis and Michael Yip Yip and YIP. I think maybe. But not an expert. Not in the fast passing fifteen or so years anyway. 😊 Used to call this 'Happy single', but really was at times just too busy and almost fast asleep.
