The ability to store and access an extensive media library in stunning 4K Dolby Vision quality is simply unmatched. The seamless integration with home automation systems and the user-friendly interface make it a joy to use.

I’ll stick with Plex and Apple TV. Movies often go on sale for $5-$15, and new releases are typically $20-$30. I have to commend Kaleidescape for their impressive marketing strategies. Out of curiosity, do KZbinrs promoting Kaleidescape write off part of the cost as a business expense? Are they offered discounts or given access to used units?

I would but can't justify paying 4k for the player than buying the movies on strato afterwards I'll stick to physical media till they can make these things cheaper.

The Strato V is more expensive than a 4K Blu-ray player but if are looking for the absolute best picture and sound quality, want access to the largest selection of 4K and HDR movies and desire beautiful interface noting beats a Kaleidescape. BTW the movies pricing is comparable to blu-rays and the rental price is about the same as streaming rentals.

@@projectorreviewsas much as I love Kaleidescape their library is sorely lacking titles, especially those where fantastic 4k transfers exist. These are big name movies too. Unless they get the store up to par with physical media it is tough to recommend over physical media.

@@projectorreviewsSure, just like a McLaren is more expensive than most cars but gas costs the same 😏
