If this is the concept behind consistatant crisp ball contact, I need to work on this. I'll give it a try and see how it goes.

I’m so sorry but this is a shocker. Resist turning, but coil? Shift the left shoulder over the right foot, meaning turn in Flexion, but also feel stretch would implies extension? And move the low point about a foot to the right? The stretch you describe is actually extension, which you can’t get if you turn in flexion, and how on earth can I keep my hands in front of my chest AND make a full swing? The swing is as arc, not a line and what about the protraction and retraction of the shoulders? This really is a pretty bad video…

Remember this, the backswing is for creating energy for the forward swing. Most of if not all of you do not coil during the backswing, you believe a big wide turn of the shoulders and hips will create power. Resistance creates power and speed. By coiling during the backswing your core is building energy similar to a large spring, the energy is in the middle of the spring. Release the spring and the energy is released rapidly with great speed. One important point, the hips do not turn, the trail hip moves back during the backswing and the lead hip moves back during the forward swing. Use the hip joints correctly. Keep your golf swing compact.

What a load of rubbish. Resistance doesn’t create speed, it’s just creates resistance and the body is not a spring. If I retract my shoulder, it doesn’t ‘spring’ back. Oh dear, that’s some brainwashing you got…

I disagree a long back swing in posture will create more speed

She said not necessarily and she’s right. Depends on the golfers swing. Hint, Jon Rahm.
