The main point being very polite. He could have been a lot less civil, while still staying on the 'right' side of polite. If you’re famous at Comic-Con and don’t want to be constantly mobbed by fandom wearing a mask or costume is the general rule there, (or was prior to Covid) I remember reading that Mark Hamill when he wanted to go shopping there for back issues would wear a full scale Storm Trooper outfit.

I hated him as Kylo Ren. That is most likely a reaction to just how good an actor he is. I have yet to see him in anything else as I don't watch a lot of movies or TV, but I fully expect the next time I see him playing a role I will have a strong reaction to the character. He impressed me as a character I had a strong adverse reaction to so I imagine he will be one to watch in future.

I'd love to talk to this man about his Marine Corps experience. We were both infantry Marines who were medically discharged right before our units deployed to the Middle East. I imagine he felt something similar to survivors guilt just as I did and feels it anytime someone thanks him for his service.

He's being so polite. As a fan, I went ONCE. I left after about an hour or so. I was embarrassed to even be there. Adults doing what 5-year olds should be doing is insane. The whole thing just felt undignified and it made my skin crawl. I felt bad for the celebrities stuck signing things for these nuts all day. Once was one time too many. Adam is being a supreme gentleman, here..

They just preach the ways to live in accordance to the limitations set by the society of respective sects. The way to live is left to you. Sith order stated the way a Suth who is recognised by the order must live, same with the jedi. Those who chose to follow the sects of the religion without following the orders are often recognised as a non-aligned individual like ahsoka. Kylo Ren is a practitioner of the dark side. Every practitioner of the dark side forgets their past or try to convert it into their strength. These factors make him a Sith. Secondly, he is not a Sith because he fluctuates at times. He often gets distracted from the way of practices due to his emotional swings. One could say he is a dark side user but not a Sith because of that.

I'm a Star Wars fan of a different color I guess, because I don't understand why people go rabid? It never occurs to me to maul Hayden Christensen if I ever saw him in real time, if anything I avoid approaching the actors as I know they are people and are doing a job. They just happen to get paid a hell of a lot more than me and get to do some amazing, creative artwork with awesome people. I'm actually happy I never got into Comic Con, I tried to buy tickets with a group and by the time we made it through the queue online there weren't enough. They then wanted to use military discounts even though none of them had served, I guess someone they knew had, and I backed out once that was said as the stupidity disgusted me. I later heard from someone who did go that it was fun but once she described everything she went through just to get there, get in, and walk around, I was completely overwhelmed. I did one Con in LA in 2019 and it was insane how they herded us through there, you barely had time to figure out where to go. I like the idea of going to a Con with a fun, small group as I am a costume person (I may or may not wear one, depends on my mood), it's just way too many people and some of the fans are toxic. I'd do a WonderCon to meet a Jafar though as I never have, just for the fun of it. P.S. Adam Driver is a phenomenal actor, love "House of Gucci", "A Marriage Story", "The Report", "The Last Duel"...man's on fire with his career, and I don't blame him for avoiding cons, lol.
