A report says many companies started using these AI tools and gradually many employees of the companies are dismissed from the job. Last month, 80,000 people lost their jobs, including 4,000 people who were affected by AI, which was reported by Business Insider. The reasons the company is saying to the workers, such as they want to reorganize the company and collaborate with other businesses. But the report says that companies are using AI as a reason to reduce costs and reduce the number of workers. 74 percent of Indian workers fear that AI will affect their jobs. But 83 percent of Indian employees are ready to accept AI, to reduce their workload, the survey report says. Microsoft India head says AI will bring about a huge change in work. He says this change will help in productivity growth and innovation. For example, instead of humans, AI can work continuously without any tiredness and also it can work accurately. AI can do many things like what we can do very fast and cleanly. They can teach like us, they can run like us, they can cook like us. The recent news has made a sculpture named 'impossible statue' which is so beautiful. Although AI has many benefits, depending always on it can have negative effects. Over-dependence on technology could result in a loss of personal skills or critical thinking abilities. We don’t know how these people are going to live. If this continues what will happen in the future?So always remember to balance between using AI and doing things independently is important.
