Change you it you let and you will let it.. because.. growing up. At every.. holiday. Game. Graduation. Marriage and death. Alcohol was present. Many, make it, ish. Many die. You can't cry about it. Not a big drinker myself,few times a year but had a big session last week and my god I forgotten how awful i feel after. Five days anxiety, weak as hell in he gym, depressed and ashamed about my performance. All that misery for one session of 12 pints of Guinness. Oh and nearly got into a fight,im a trained fighter so ok sober but i think id have got a hiding and the embarrassment of that ontop of the hangover at my age is just too much.

Alcohol is the only drug that the whole pro-drinking world keeps telling you it's not. All smokers agree nicotine's a drug, but most drinkers will put alcohol in the "food & drink" category - and that is a deadly mistake.
