The file transfer link, however, inadvertently gave Plaintiffs access to dozens of other folders as well, including confidential documents, such as the medical records of Sandy Hook Parents who are Plaintiffs in the Connecticut litigation and other documents subject to various privileges, including attorney-client and work product,” states the motion.“ So nothing about January 6th. And besides that fact, no one would have been allowed to use these mails, according to Rule 193.3 and the Court’s Protective Order. Also, January 6th has nothing to do with that defamation case lol. The reason Jones celebrated at the 4.1 million in compensatory damages award, is because he won't have to pay it. Under Texas law it has to be a unanimous jury and only 10 out of 12 agree. The jury awarded 4.1 million, but Jones will not be ordered to pay it. Then today the jury awarded 45 million in punitive damages. Jones doesn't have to pay a penny of this either. Texas law caps punitive damages at twice the amount of compensatory damages plus 750 thousand. All Jones has to pay is 750,000. Now lets say that all 12 agreed on the 4.1 million compensatory. Then the Sandy Hook parents could have gotten this 4.1 mill and 2 times that amount in punitive damages plus 750 thousand. Since they didn't get compensatory damages, they get nothing but 750 thousand, which will be gobbled up by their greedy lawyers.

People involved in this case were watching Jones going on his show in the mornings before he would go appear in court. That’s how they were collecting clips of his performances and presenting them during the trial. Like ,for example, the picture Jones posted of two judges (the one in this case and another judge he takes issue with) with flamed imposed on them, He’s so driven to perform for his audience of morons, he willfully disregarded the legal jeopardy he was putting himself in.
