100% they are already out of the tech race, and I've made this point elaborately many times. At this current speed of technological development, if you are not on board with Ai today, it will be extremely hard to catch up. All the other tech companies were onto Ai. The tech companies that are doing the best, have visionary leadership... Tim is a glorified accountant, and has milked Steve Jobs genius for over a decade through efficiency improvements (Apple Silicon was simple a move to control more of the chain, not an innovation) They are now at their endgame, and their performance is lacking.
