❤ When I looked back at the Turbulent periods between 2014 to Now, after departure of World's Cabal from Delhi. It has come to light based on SEC filings that the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco was quietly bailing out both SVB & First Republic Bank all through 2022. FHLB of SF gave $15 bn to SVB & $14 bn to FRB. Federal Home Loan Banks are not chartered to be in the business of bailing out VCs or private equity companies. Their job is to provide loans to banks to promote mortgages to individuals and loans to promote affordable housing and community development.

It only provides assistance to its members which includes SVB. Since money is fungible, it doesn't matter what the funds are being used for. On one side there is bank lending going on and on another they are receiving liquidity. There is no tax payers assistant here from the FHLB.

In india most of the private banks lend money only to those who give commissions to the bank directors. Most of the ppublic sector banks have two accounts with stock brokers , one prrsonal and another official. The stock broker will ask the banker whether the profit in the day to day trading should be credited to prrsonal or banks account.

If the US govt is forced to bail out both insured & uninsured depositors (as Biden & the Fed announced yesterday), why do you need FDIC & 250k limit anyway? why do you need any banks at all, other than the Fed? Why bail out uninsured depositors? as a depositor, you must have known that anything over 250k is uninsured i.e. you are knowingly taking that risk with your money - you are not a minor. Why should the taxpayer bail you out?
