Dr .Vikram Sampath has laid foundation to institutional approach to produce indian history reflecting culture, civilisation and various other happenings of the times in the past in right and true perspective so that indian history is understood as indians would see it and not as colonist or their sympathisers would want us to see. Dr. Vikram Sampath besides being an acknowledged historian has ventured to create an enterprise to produce and retell true indian history on greater scale in a compressed timeframe.
