The Western currencies...due to economic colonization of various African nations (at a minimum) and a economy built on stolen land, wealth, and resources... tend to be worth more than African currencies. So they come here to earn a living. Many speak of retiring and moving right back to Africa. 3. The less effects of economic sabotage and neocolonialism, the less Africans will come to the nations creating that economic sabotage...including the U.S. ...to earn a living.

I can't tell you how many Africans have PERSONALLY told me that once they arrived here they were shocked to find homelessness and poverty. I live in Kenya roughly 6-7 months out of the year but I do now see more black Americans in my local grocery store. You are right about "leaving in droves" don't know how much of that is true ..but we are definitely leaving. ❤️

What fascinates me is that to my knowledge most enslaved people came from West Africa (majority of rhe slaves) and then Angola and Congo and Tanzania/Kenya Yet apart from Gambia and Ghana ive not seen many videos of African Americans choosing to settle in the so called giant of Africa, Nigeria🤔 Or to Togo, Chad, Guinea etc. Why is that when its where their roots are (West Africa) Instead Uganda, Tanzania etc seem popular. Most slaves from Tanzania were taken to arab lands not America Then the head scratcher is majority lately are settling in South Africa when no enslaved people came from Southern Africa 😳 I also met a few in Zambia in my job as a mining engineer and met some american families settled there. Botswana and Namibia jow featuring a lot So is it about going home as in where you originate or just anywhere in Africa? I am genuinely curious and mean well
